It’s no secret that I love green plants. In fact, I bought one the other day. If you follow me on Instagram, you might have seen it. The trend I’m talking about is by no means new, but it’s everywhere just now. I’m not talking about green plants. I’m talking about hanging planters. The two go hand in hand really. I keep seeing plant hangers everywhere, macrame, leather and now even steel! The steel hanging planters were inspired by mid century design.
Macrame dates all the way back to the 13th century. I wonder what the first hanging planter looked like and who came up with the idea.
I love the fact that all of these hanging planters are handmade. There are so many talented people out there!
