It’s time for some Tuesday Tips. This time I’ve chosen a really easy, but very GLAM Easter DIY. I went to 5 shops and couldn’t find any natural looking feathers anywhere.. and then I remembered I wrote a post about Feathers a while back and I got really excited. I had thousands of feathers at home.. So I rushed back and here’s the result.
I simply cut open an inner cushion. I think the duck feathers look lovely and so soft.
I sprayed some Easter eggs with gold spray paint. The eggs were just cheap ones we got for Magnus last year. Don’t worry I kept a couple of the rabbit ones for him, so the Easter Bunny can hide them in the garden for him. 🙂
My “ribbon” is a pair of black tights that I simply tied and cut. Yes, I had fun doing this and it was so easy. Re-use, recycling and upcycling all in one!

Very GLAM for sure! That looks like an easter egg for Dita von Teese! I love how you used stuff you had at home to get creative with it, like the tights and feathers, and turned it into something completely new and different.
