I wanted to share with you these absolutely stunning pieces of luxury Danish design from Fredericia. I think what you notice straight away the craftsmanship and the quality of the beautiful pieces. It’s Danish design at it’s best and it dates all the way back to 1911 when Fredericia Stolefabrik was established by entrepreneur N. P. Ravnsø.
Take the Søborg chair designed by Børge Mogensen for example, it was designed in 1952 yet it looks perfect in the Fredericia collection next to more recent designs.
We are proud of our collaborations with a carefully chosen circle of international designers, all renown for their exceptional level of design integrity, as well as our ability to identify and nurture talent. All with the ambition of creating contemporary design that is always beautifully crafted, relevant and aesthetically intriguing.

In the following pictures you can see the the Spine Lounge Petit, the Swoon (both designed by Space Copenhagen), the Søborg chair (designed by Børge Mogensen) and the Haiku sofa (designed by Gamfratesi) all styled by talented April & May. The high quality items from Fredericia really shine in these minimal pictures. The items fit in beautifully in the minimal Scandinavian style setting.
All photos by April & May for Fredericia.
I will show you more from Fredericia soon, as I visited their stand at Designjunction in London earlier this year. I have some nice shots of the office chairs that I want to show you.
