Minimal Objects To Display
The one thing I love about Kristina’s objects is the bold, architectural shapes. The Cupola sculpture is a playful, tactical piece made from Earthenware you can configure in your own way as a collective or separately.
Inspired by old-world architecture, the Sandstone desk organiser would make a stunning piece for the office, used to keep your desk tidy or artfully styled on a shelf.
Echoing the theme of rounded edges and curves, a look that continues to hold sway right now is the Arch candleholder and mouthblown Topaz brown glass Opal bowl. Such stylish pieces, perfect for the hallway or as a finishing touch on the coffee table.
The Bauhaus Bench
I’m really happy to see the Bauhaus furniture collection extending to include a gorgeous minimal bench to compliment the chair and dining table. Its stainless steel gridded back gives it a sense of lightness and I could see this working so well in a contemporary garden space, styled amongst grasses.
I couldn’t write this post without mentioning the beautiful textile collection. The crinkled organic cotton and graphic pattern is a perfect addition to this already stunning minimal collection, don’t you think? On my wishlist you’ll find the Architect throw in beige and off-white.
New Lighting Collection
There’s also a new focus on lighting for the A/W collection which draws on Kristina’s love of simplistic shape. Based on a series of strong, rectangular black frames, the collection includes two different styles of wall lamps, one for the table and a taller piece for the floor.
