Inspiration

10/10/2012

How and where do you find inspiration? I get inspired by all kinds of things. I find a lot of inspiration from photos I see on Pinterest and on other blogs, but also from daily life.
DIY ideas quite often come to me if I’m watching TV (especially if it’s a program I’m not so interested in, so my mind drifts).. I quite often have a piece of paper and a pen next to me and do a quick sketch of what my idea might be. Do you keep pens and paper at hand? I also normally take my camera with me if I’m going out somewhere. Sometimes I don’t use it at all and just enjoy the moment. I find that if I don’t have my camera with me there there’s normally a need for it and I kick myself and think “if only I’d had my camera”..
Why are you writing about this you might be asking yourself.. Well, it’s because I’ve become a student again… I’m doing the blogger boot camp with Decor8 and lovely Holly Becker. I’m doing the course so that I can become a better blogger. Over the next couple of weeks my blog will change a little bit and hopefully it’ll become nicer and easier to navigate.
Here’s one of my latest DIY / TV moments… 🙂
Hope you like it and yes, I’m loving my gold paint.. I’m sure I’ll use it soon again.

In my next post I’ll show you how easy it is and what you can do to create some cheap wall art..
The possibilities are endless.

I’m very excited to see that I’ll have had over 200 000 page views today!
Very soon I’ll be celebrating my first year of blogging
and there will of course be a magical give away!
Can’t wait to tell you more about it.

Thank you so much for visiting my blog!

Have a nice day!
