Monochrome boys room and Eve Mattress

Magnus is very tall for his age and getting bigger quickly, so it was time for a bedroom update. He was very sweet and helped me change his room around. He loves helping, so together we literally moved everything in his room. He is really pleased with the end result and so am I. It’s perfect for a just turned 9 year old! Needless to say there’s plenty of Lego on the other side of the room..

I recently did some styling work for Eve Mattress and we got to test one of their lovely mattresses. Magnus used to move around a lot at night, but since trying the Eve Mattress he’s actually stopped. He couldn’t be happier with the new mattress and thinks it’s incredibly comfortable. I have tried it too and really like it. The mattress has got four layers and is made with memory foam for extra comfort. For our new home I have a new mattress on our must have list. When we move we would like to have a larger bed than what we have just now. With my bad back a comfortable mattress would be of benefit, so I think Eve would be a really good option. The good thing with Eve Mattress is that it’s possible to return it and get our money back if it’s not suitable. I think that’s really great. I find it difficult to know after testing a mattress for a few minutes in a showroom, if it’s a good fit or not. I think you really have to sleep on it as it were.. Sorry!

The Eve Mattress is delivered in a box, which might seem strange, but it really works. It makes it easy to transport and also to move to the room you want the mattress in. When you open the box, lay the mattress flat on the floor for a few hours and after that it’s ready to go on your bed. I took Magnus to the park for a while and after doing homework and the weekly swimming lesson, the mattress was ready to be tested. I dressed the bed with washed linen sheets and added a new black and white blanket from Houseology. The emoji cushion was a present from his grand parents and he loves it! So we’ve gone for black, white and yellow in his room. It looks really smart. I’ve given him my largest Monstera plant to look after. I think I’ll be keeping an eye on it though..
