I know pallets aren’t new in interior. They have been round for a long time. We’ve seen them used as sofas, beds and shelves amongst other things. However, I do love the way they’ve used pallets as a bed here. Not only for the bed itself, but also as a bed end bench and storage. Very smart and of course very economical. A great way of recycling some pallets or should we call this upcyling of pallets?!
I also the styling and the wall. Did you notice the tiny Eiffel tower?!

Oh, it’s all so spring like! We’ll be enjoying the sun this morning with friends at a local market. Apparently spring isn’t really hear yet and there’s more frost to come at the weekend… and I was starting to enjoy this fantastic weather!

The positive first: I love the LOOK of pallets – especially since I love wood, but also the down-to-earth feeling they give the interior (compared to a designer bed/sofa/whatever).
BUT! I can’t help thinking about all the dust that will roll up under such a bed… =/
