Stone shelf DIY

Not sure what I love the most here. The stone shelf, the large round mirror or the floor.. It all looks perfect together, and surely that’s the perfect shade of grey! Did you spot the stone shelf? I think it’s a great idea to hang a stone or marble shelf on wooden brackets. They would of course have to be really well fitted and you might need more than two to hold it, but it’s a nice idea if done properly. They would have to be safely secured to the wall as they’re really heavy. As you can see under the shelf it’s not just a couple of brackets, there’s a bit more to it.. The other brilliant thing about this the way the brackets have been painted in the same colour as the wall. It makes them blend in, whilst the stone shelf stands out.

I spot a Mad et Len scented candle on the beautiful shelf. I’ve still got on of their candles on my wishlist. They look amazing and I’m sure they smell even better!
