AD The versatile Ferm Living plant box

7/25/2019

The ferm LIVING plant box has been on my wish list for the longest time. In my on going collaboration with David Village Living I got the chance to style the plant box in different ways.

The plant box is both elegant and timeless. It’s a great example of Danish design. With it’s Nordic minimal shape and functional design, it is so versatile. You can use it for plants, both in and outdoors, but equally it can be used for display or extra storage. Read on to see how I styled my minimalist planters from ferm LIVING.

You could even use this as a room divider. I think it could look pretty cool with some tall plants. It would be an easy option for dividing two areas of a room.

Personally, I prefer the plant box as a display unit. In my home, what’s on display will  change all the time, but that’s the way I like it.

Styled with plants, it does look great. It’s so green outside, so it’s nice to add nature inside too.

What would you use it for?

The lighting in this post is also from David Village Lighting. You can find the wall light by FLOS 265 here, I get so many questions about it. It’s stunning and a real eye catcher. For more lighting inspiration see this post.

The table lamp by Santa & Cole Cestita, is beautiful and I keep moving it around. It works so well in our whole house. Designed nearly 50 years ago, you really wouldn’t think that. It’s so current.

The plant box will move from room to room in our home and I’ll be showing you more ways to use it very soon.
